Shipment tracking information is emailed to each customer once thier CurlBling order is processed and shipped.
Individual package tracking is the responsibility of the customer. All tracking and delivery concerns can be resolved by contacting either Canada Post or FedEx directly.
CurlBling declares the full value and contents on all government import / export forms for out of country shipping.
Total satisfaction with your CurlBling Jewelry purchase is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, including all original documentation (if applicable) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been modified or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. CurlBling will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
To arrange for a return, please email info@curlbling.com. A customer service representative will validate your purchase date and qualification for return within the 30 day period. After this validation process, you will be issued- via email, the necessary information to complete the refund or exchange.
There are certain costs that are not refundable on returns. They include but are not restricted to:
On diamond product returns the appraisal/authenticity certificates, where applicable, must be returned along with the product or a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee will cover the costs we will incur to obtain new documentation allowing the product to be re-sold.
For returns, CurlBling will email confirmation to you that it has been received and that your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Your refund receipt will be mailed to you via regular mail and any credits earned will be put back on the original credit card the purchase was initially made on.
In the event of an exchange your original order must be returned, received and validated at our offices prior to your replacement order being shipped.
